Artist Biography
The intense, sexually charged acid house sound of Belgium’s Lords of Acid was first introduced to the dance community in 1988 with the release of the band’s single “I Sit on Acid.” The group’s full-length debut, LUST, included the singles “Rough Sex” and “I Must Increase My Bust,” and was followed by 1994’s VOODOO-U, which featured a more industrial influence. Lords of Acid continued to record throughout the ‘90s and 2000s, releasing HEAVEN IS AN ORGASM (1998), FARSTUCKER (2000), and the best-of package GREATEST T*TS (2002), among others. The group has also recorded and performed under the name Digital Orgasm.
