J Noa is the alias of Dominican rapper Nohelys Jiménez, who signed to Sony Music Latin after releasing only a few tracks at the age of 15. Mi Barrio, her first EP for the label, materialized in 2022. One year later, her debut album Autodidacta earned Jiménez her first Latin Grammy nomination and an appearance on NPR's Tiny Desk series. 2024 saw the release of her sophomore effort, Mátense Por La Corona, as well as a spot at Austin's SXSW Festival.
