Dutch-Pakistani singer Imran Khan burst onto the music scene in 2009 with his debut single, “Amplifier,” the video for which has received more than 300 million views.
∙ Khan’s debut, Unforgettable, was nominated for Best Album at the 2010 UK Asian Music Awards, and it won Best Album at the 2010 Brit Asia TV Music Awards.
∙ In 2010, he partnered with UNICEF and the James Caan Foundation for a charity concert that raised $1 million for victims of the Pakistan floods.
∙ Through his IK Records, Khan has self-released his music since 2013, including that year’s megahit, “Satisfya.”
∙ His single “Let’s Celebrate” appeared on the soundtrack for the 2015 Indian action film Tevar and featured Bollywood star Sonakshi Sinha’s singing debut.
