In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One cold night in December, we heard a noise outside our window. We jumped out of bed, tiptoed over to the window and found an small, fuzzy, alien bear playing music. He hypnotized us with a song and the next morning, we were also bears!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Pond, Tasmania Taylor Swift, 1989 The Beatles, Revolver All three albums have the perfect mix of strong melody, unique production and great songwriting. We'll start a cover band and only play these albums.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “好吗 (Hao Ma)” The lyrics to 好吗 Hao Ma came to us after a dangerous journey through the desert. Our guide actually ran out of food, and we walked for 2 days straight, almost dying. The only words we could muster were "hao ma? hao ma?".
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? After we released "饺子 Dumpling", we were contacted by one of China's largest publication to do an in-depth interview. After that, we signed with Modern Sky, China's biggest indie record label. This project started as a joke, so it was a big surprise.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So much! We'd love to play all the large festivals. We are very proud of the whacky, and energetic live show we put on, and it feels fit for a big festival crowd.
