Watching reruns on repeat

Self help books, they hold my drink

Fill my cart and smoke some weed

Coming up for air, cus I’ve been so deep

I don’t need another heart to heart

Did my therapy

I let it fall apart

Not working on it is working on me

Working on me

Give me a distraction

Some call it denial, baby I call it balance

I’m taking space, from taking action

Not sorry if my healing, ain’t up to your satisfaction

Reminiscing, take me back

Forgot how loud they make me laugh

Take me out out, cus I need a dance

Put some sugar on it

I don’t need to keep pushing the limit

Feels good to forget just for a minute

Spend all day under cover if I wanna

Leave my clothes em in a pile in the corner

Work all day just to pay my bills

But today I’m wet, and not with tears
