Another night kept up by the voices in my head

As per usual, they're still wishing me dead

I can't take it

Nobody's stopping me

They only sit back while they judge

They're just standing there, watching me as I carry this weight that's on top of me and

battle these thoughts that are always haunting me

Why do I feel so alone in this?

Hating myself rather than seeking self betterment

Forlorn feelings consume me

Make me feel less than human

No empathy and no second glances

At the edge of a knife, where my pain subsides

These pessimistic thoughts are just too quick to run from

The tears in my eyes obscure the sight of my own reflection

As I sit here and dwell on the trauma, I contemplate whether or not I just succumb to death's grace

Your hurtful words make it more clear that I am no longer needed here

The moment you step past that door, don't act all shocked to see my lifeless body on the floor
