My life is soft and slow

My life you know is soft and slow

It flows like a river flows

It flows you know just like a river flows

I spend most of my days

Sitting in the sofa behind my computer frame

Working on how to put the bricks together

How to build the dream of becoming a singer

Nothing really happens

But the little that is happening is fine for me

It’s not what I thought it would be

But still I’m happy

My house is not even a house

It’s a flat that I’m renting in the mountain heights

The air is fine and from the windows

We see birds and trees and snow

And God I miss my family

I cook and run and pray everyday

Trying to figure a balance for my body

Body and mind almighty

I sleep more than I should some will say

But I work on my craft you know

Between the coffees and the pages
