In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Taking my 1st ukulele home. It wasn't tuned, so my family laughed at the terrible sound. I was pretty upset. But my father quickly tuned it and handed it back. At that point my family realized that I could actually play. The requests came rolling in.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Al Green, Let's Stay Together Dr. Hook, Pleasure & Pain Fiji, Born & Raised My Dad had Pleasure & Pain on CD and wore it out. It takes me back to a time in my life I miss. Let's Stay Together - the complexity of chords and the honesty of the lyrics. The classic island vibe of Fiji just carries me away. Something in my bones.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Road To Hana” The entire experience of writing, recording and releasing this song was so great. It was a step in a new direction for me and a step that'ss opened up so many incredible opportunities and new relationships.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments was my homecoming concert in Hawaii. I felt like the entire island showed up. I remember feeling like “could this be the rest of my life?” Something I’ll never forget.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So much left because I truly feel like I’m just getting started. I’ve already seen places I never thought I’d ever see and met people I never thought I’d ever meet but there’s so much more to see and do many more to meet.
