In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Our first song as a five piece was called "You Could Be My Mona Lisa". It caught the attention to someone at Drive-Thru Records and we ended up on their "Bands You Love, Have Heard of, and Should Know" compilation CD in Feb 05'. It felt incredible.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fall Out Boy, From Under the Cork Tree Jimmy Eat World, Chase This Light The Starting Line, Direction Bonus Track Version These records were some of our biggest influences creatively.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “A Lesson in Charades” This was one of the very first songs we ever wrote together as a band. It's always one of the most requested and listened to songs in our discography.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We opened for Vanilla Ice at a street festival in Chicago back in the day. Smoked a joint with him after the show.. Cain't wait to tell our kids about that one!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We still want our music to reach as many people as possible. We poured our hearts into these songs and tried to be as honest and vulnerable as possible. I think the listeners can feel that and appreciate that.
