Ukraine-born and Belarus-bred act AP$ENT blends energetic rock, electronic edge, pop sensibility, and social critique on his genre-blurring tracks. After his mainstream breakthrough in 2020 with "Мылю і малюся," he released a steady stream of songs, one of which, "Можно я с тобой," went viral in 2024.
Born Arsień Aliaksiejevič Kisliak in Ukraine, he was raised by his mother in Belarus. As a teen, he played in the punk band Crisis Creep. In 2018, he started the AP$ENT project with the track "APSENT - Table No. 9." Two years later, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he released "Мылю і малюся (I Wash and Pray)," which performed well on Quarantine Vision and received high marks from Little Big's Ilya Prusikin. He followed with electro-rock tracks "Жыве!" and "Super Star," just two of over a dozen songs released into 2024. One of those tracks, "Можно я с тобой," went viral on social media, topping charts and causing a stir in the region. ~ TiVo Staff
