Known for rapping in English and Spanish, trap artist Kidd Keo is bridging the gap between the once-insular Spanish hip-hop scene and the global community.
• Hailing from Alicante, Spain, Keo made his name in 2016 after signing to the Spanish independent label Dirty Business Trap. His viral single “Okay” has earned nearly 30 million video views.
• Following the success of his 2018 debut album, Keoland, and his hit single “Dracukeo,” Keo inked a record deal with Warner Music Latina.
• In 2020, he teamed up with his former DBT labelmates Enry-K and Yay to issue Rockport Espacial, his Warner debut.
• That same year, Keo released BACK TO ROCKPORT, which boasted features from the likes of American rapper Young M.A, UK rapper POUNDZ, and Italian rap trio Dark Polo Gang.
• The album was accompanied by the mobile game Back to Rockport — The Game. Using Keo as the main character, players run through Rockport and collect money while avoiding paparazzi.
