• Born in South Korea, CHUNG HA grew up partially in Dallas, where she sang in her church choir and discovered English language pop music.
• After winning a spot in the temporary girl group I.O.I on a 2016 TV show, CHUNG HA launched her solo career in 2017 with the single “Why Don't You Know," featuring rapper Nucksal.
• In 2019, CHUNG HA scored her biggest hit to date with “Gotta Go,” which reached No. 1 on Billboard’s K-Pop Hot 100 chart.
