Big Time Rush was an American boy band who starred in the Nickelodeon TV series of the same name.
∙ The band was formed for the Big Time Rush TV series, which debuted in November 2009 and ran to July 2013.
∙ BTR, the band’s first album, debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 in 2010 and sold over a million copies.
∙ “Boyfriend,” the group’s Gold-selling 2011 single, featured a guest appearance by Snoop Dogg.
∙ Their second album, 2011’s Elevate, debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes US Albums chart.
∙ In 2012, Big Time Rush was voted Best Boy Band in the World in a poll of Parade magazine readers.
∙ The group’s third album, 2013’s 24/7, reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200.
