Artist Biography
An unapologetically rowdy all-female rock band from the Pacific Northwest, Thunderpussy are a loud and proud quartet whose music combines a heavy dose of indie rock smarts and arena rock bombast with a dash of humor and plenty of showmanship. Thunderpussy were formed in Seattle, Washington in late 2013. In September 2016, they began work on their first album, with producer Sylvia Massy at the controls. In late 2017, Thunderpussy struck a deal with the Universal-distributed Stardog label, and the label issued a seasonal single before the year was out. In February 2018, Stardog dropped a four-song EP from Thunderpussy, Greatest T**s, featuring tunes that had previously been released as digital singles. ~ Mark Deming
