Tye Tribbett is a singer, songwriter, choir director, and founder of the gospel group Greater Anointing.
∙ In 2002, Tribbett led the Greater Anointing gospel choir on Justin Timberlake’s hit single “Cry Me a River,” from the triple-Platinum album Justified.
∙ As Tye Tribbett & G.A., the choir released four albums and topped Billboard’s Gospel Albums chart with both 2006’s Victory Live and 2008’s Stand Out.
∙ Tribbett made his debut as a solo artist on 2010’s Fresh—a fusion of pop and gospel that was a best-selling and critically acclaimed release.
∙ In 2013, he won Grammy Awards for Best Gospel Album (Greater Than), and Best Gospel Song (“If He Did It Before….Same God”).
