Künstler-Biographie
New York native Kevin Devine began his career fronting emo outfit the Miracle of 86, but by 2002, he'd moved on to semi-acoustic solo work with Circle Gets the Square. By the middle of the decade, Devine's two LPs on Triple Crown Records caught the attention of major-label Capitol. Unfortunately, changes within the company resulted in his album being delayed, and while Put Your Ghost to Rest was eventually released, it would soon be redistributed with heavier promotion on Procrastinate! Music Traitors. On the heels of relentless touring with his Goddamn Band, Devine released his fifth full-length, Brother's Blood, in 2009.
