Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a child, I played the piano and learned music from my mother, which became one of my earliest musical memories. She is one of the few who has truly influenced my musical journey, and I'm incredibly grateful for that.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Amy Winehouse, Back to Black Black Eyed Peas, The E.N.D. (The Energy Never Dies) Kanye West, Graduation E.N.D. was around those early summer days for me, listening to it on my iPod Nano. Back to Black was the first album I ever got on vinyl when I was a senior in high school. Graduation was the first rap album I ever listened to.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Nine2five (Intro)” "NINE2FIVE". I love it based on the flow and that it was at a time I wanted to push more of my rapping ability. You look at me and don't expect what comes out of me and for a song made out of fun and references, it brought me back to why I do this.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable career moments was throwing "Yungbc and Friends," especially the outdoor festival I threw that gained news attention. Despite the pouring rain and being sick, it was the most fun I’ve had on stage.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To grow not only as an artist but to grow as a human being.
