Cedarville, Ohio-based quintet Wolves at the Gate blend post-hardcore and metalcore with a strong Christian message. On the strength of their 2011 debut EP, which showcases their heavy, technical style and faith-based themes, they landed a deal with Tooth & Nail imprint Solid State Records, which would become the band's home as they rose to success in the mid-2010s.
