Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Family gatherings were the most important in us discovering and falling in love with music. We have different and very long stories on how this impacted our decision to make and pursue music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Robert Glasper Experiment, Black Radio Thandiswa, Zabalaza (Limited Edition) The Internet, Feel Good These 3 albums play a very important role in how we hear and translate music in our current lives. It all feels so natural, spiritual & improvised yet so well put together.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Umzi Watsha” Simply because this is our debut song, this is the song that solidified us as a band, from sonics to the feeling of the song, it's just perfect.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Our most memorable moment is when we played our music live for the first time, how beautiful it felt to translate the songs we write in a small apartment to a crowd of people who knew nothing about us until that very moment.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We haven't ticked anything off our bucket list yet, when we start ticking, the world will definitely know.
