Atlanta-based indie band Von Grey are based around the multi-instrumental talents of the classically trained von Grey sisters. Shifting from the classical world to pop, sisters Kathryn, Annika, Fiona, and Petra von Grey began writing songs that blended lush electronically infused pop with rich harmonies and cinematic classical elements. Von Grey made their debut in late 2012 with a self-titled EP produced by Nick DiDia (Bruce Springsteen, the Gaslight Anthem), which they followed with a series of nationwide tours supporting Lindsey Stirling and Company of Thieves. A second EP, Awakening, arrived in 2014, followed a year later by the moodier Panophobia EP. Prior to the 2017 release of the dark-toned single "Poison in the Water," youngest sister Petra left Von Grey, who continued on working as a trio, releasing their third EP, Trinity, at the end of that year. ~ David Jeffries
