The seven-member South Korean boy band VICTON launched their career with the 2016 EP Voice to New World, the phrase referenced by their name.
• Rapper-songwriter Han Seung-woo was briefly a member of boy band X1, which formed in 2019 through the television competition series Produce 101. He released a solo album, Fame, in 2020, after that group disbanded.
• In 2018, VICTON spent three weeks busking on the streets of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to connect more closely with their fans.
• They released their first full-length album, Voice: The Future is Now, in January 2021.
