Artist Biography
Mexican duo Vice Menta were formed by singer/songwriters and producers Marcelo and Eugenio, who are also twin brothers. The Monterrey-born pair -- who sing in English and Spanish -- bridge the cultural gap between the United States and Mexico by fusing their Latin roots with American R&B and hip-hop flavor inspired by artists like Usher, Chris Brown, Drake, J. Balvin, and Enrique Iglesias. Releasing their music on the Internet, they built a dedicated social media following with their crossover appeal. Their debut EP was released in 2017. La Wave featured appearances by rapper Yakki ("Paraiso") and R. City ("Se Hundio"). ~ Neil Z. Yeung
