Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I fell in love with house music, inspired by artists such as Kolter, Chris Stussy, DJOKO, DIMMISH...
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Across Boundaries, Chris Stussy, Locklead, Synergy - EP Bonobo, The North Borders Hot Since 82, Recovery Synergy EP from Up the Stuss. These guys are inventing a new up tempo groovy house genre, I love it. The North Borders from Bonobo, for me a classic. Recovery from Hot Since 82. Got this LP on vinyl, I love every track on it.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Something Like Before” I combined some classic analog piano and saxophone recordings with a rhythmic and groovy dance pattern. The idea here was combining the new with the old.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The moment I released my track 'Dance' on my own record label IEAU Records.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Releasing on some bigger record labels to reach out to a bigger audience would be my dream.
