Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I fell in love with music around when I was 10 years old. Singing and dancing to traditional folk songs and singing the Psalms in Church sparked a new energy in me. It changed my life and I knew I was hooked.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kayamba Africa, Kayamba Africa Peter Phillips, The Tallis Scholars, Allegri's Miserere - Palestrina's Missa Papae Marcelli - Mundy's Vox Patris caelestis Sona Jobarteh, Badinyaa Kumoo Allegri's Miserere is a timeless classic that is ethereal and inspiring to me as a vocalist. Kayamba Africa (and Fiesta) brought a new interpretation to Kenyan traditional folk music, & Sona Jobarteh is downright magical, especially playing the Kora.

What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing at my first DJ/hybrid gig. It was in October 2020, during the Covid lockdown at an underground intimate party. The place was packed and I was the star of the show. The vibe was beyond my wildest imagination! I wish to relive that moment...
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes! There's always something left on the bucket list. I look forward to redefining live performances and adding more flavour to the music!
