Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was once chasing a woman who I thought was sleeping with my baby daddy, Keith Urban, down the street and she tripped. It was so funny! That was the first time I ever knew music existed. No one ever showed me! So then I mastered the art of rap.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Pussie Miracle, Owls in the Cubbard - EP Thicc Sharon, For the Nation Whitney Houston, Whitney Houston For the Nation was my first record and it will always be close to my heart. My daughter followed in my footsteps and released a timeless masterpiece about owls! She is so creative. I did a lot of the vocals on "Whitney Houston" but I wasn't credited.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Hell Yeah” This is one of the hardest songs I have ever made. It inspired my fourth album, Harder. I found my element and knew what I had to say. I wrote it down and recorded it for all of my Thicclits. They are my everything. Without them, I am nothing. Pray!
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? After the release of my debut album, some of my haters tried to bully me into thinking I was a sinner! But God is the truest thing to me! So I wrote "Back Off Bitch" in response to them. I am not afraid of you because God is on my side, bitch!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I've accomplished every record known to man and womankind. I think if I could do anything, I would probably learn to jumprope. I never learned how because I grew up afraid of a lot of things. Now, I am fearless. Nothing can stop me! Not even Satan!
