In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Matt and Dan Fullam (we are brothers) grew up trying to learn Chili Peppers covers in the attic of our childhood home. Dan would wear a backwards hat like Chad Smith and Matt would turn up the amps until our hands couldn't play anymore.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Neil Young, On the Beach Remastered The Strokes, Room On Fire Van Morrison, Moondance All three of these albums are 'desert island' albums for us and we own the vinyls collectively. Moondance and On the Beach are just timeless records that you can put on at any time - cooking, relaxing, etc. Room on Fire inspires our heavier tunes.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “No Particular Hours” No Particular Hours was the last song written and recorded for our debut album, so it almost didn't make it on! It's a special one to us, written about the strange bittersweet feeling of something good coming to an end - that end of summer blues.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? It might be a toss-up between having our tune ‘Jump In’ played on either Pat Monahan’s (lead singer of Train) SiriusXM channel and also on WFUV 90.7 in New York City. We grew up covering Train and also listening to WFUV, shout out to Alisa Ali there!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We would love to do a full tour across the United States! We've played regionally in the Northeast, but doing a full run across the whole country playing our tunes is definitely on the bucket list - we particularly want to hit the southwest!
