Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Our father was Mexican, our mother American. He had a great singing voice, she did not. We began joining in on our father's melodies and the rest is history. Our mother always said she knew we were born to sing together.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Anderson .Paak, Bruno Mars, Silk Sonic, An Evening With Silk Sonic Harry Styles, Harry's House Juanes, Más Futuro Que Pasado There is SO much great music in the world! What stands out to us about these albums, in particular, is their dedication to rhythm and melodies
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Blood Is Thicker Than Water” It's 1991. We're in LA recording an album- away from home, missing our sister, when Diana decided to write down all of the emotions we had bottled up. Vic sang Diana's lyrics. I picked up my guitar & the song was born & became our title track.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We wrote a song titled: Light a Candle. This song was to honor & send strength to latin migrants who have to leave their home, find work in a foreign land, just to support their family. We got to perform this song in front of Cesar Chavez himself.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Another Grammy & AMA Nomination! Vicky would love to do do a duet with Sting. Sting, if you're there email us ;)
