Artist Biography
Specializing in epic, hard-hitting melodic metal with an international flair, the Ferrymen is a collaboration between Swedish guitarist/songwriter/producer Magnus Karlsson (Primal Fear, Magnus Karlsson's Free Fall), Chilean vocalist Ronnie Romero (Lords of Black, Sunstorm, Rainbow), and American drummer Mike Terrana (Rage, Axel Rudi Pell). Founded in 2016, the trio's impressive pedigrees quickly caught the attention of Frontiers Records, which released the band's eponymous debut album in 2017. The Ferrymen continued to refine their muscular blend of European power metal and traditional heavy rock on 2019's A New Evil and 2022's One More River to Cross. In 2025, the band issued their adrenaline-fueled fourth long-player, Iron Will.
