About Ten Walls
Artist Biography
A classically trained musician who had been to music school and played the bassoon, Lithuanian DJ and producer Marijus Adomaitis first found fame under the pseudonym Mario Basanov, recording deep and progressive house. In 2013 he decided he wanted to try something different. After spending a while perfecting a synth sound that would emulate the bassoon, he launched a new alter ego, Ten Walls, with an emphasis on musical theory and physical vinyl releases. His 2014 single Walking with Elephants, originally released on his own Boso label, was picked up for digital distribution by Atlantic. ~ John D. Buchanan
