Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember dancing to 'Jam' from Dangerous by Michael Jackson, one of my first ever cassette tapes. That and I was an Elvis impersonator in High School.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Death Cab for Cutie, Transatlanticism KT Tunstall, Eye to the Telescope Radiohead, In Rainbows All three seminal works for the era in which they dropped, plus have affected my work in massive ways.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Museum” This is the song that has really made me reconcile with my role as an artist, it made me think about my purpose as a storyteller and responsibility as an artist.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Bringing my flatmate of 9 years Abhimanyu, on stage with me to jam at the first ever edition of Lollapalooza in India. That and bringing my sister Sunita to the red carpet premiere of The Archies.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Still would love to busk in Europe or America, and also to play an international tour/festival.
