Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest music memories is sitting by an old Hi-Fi, listening to a 45 by the Beatles with Penny Lane on one side and Strawberry Fields on the other and being immersed in the those magical melodies with the beautifully descriptive lyrics.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Crash Test Dummies, God Shuffled His Feet Joe Jackson, Look Sharp The Beatles, Abbey Road (Remastered) Abbey Road is a masterpiece with wonderful songs by all four Beatles and produced to a T. Look Sharp is tight, upbeat and perfect for driving aimlessly through cornfields. God Shuffled His Feet is downright fun and creative with velvety harmonies.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Poop Song” My friend suggested that I write this song. She said, if the mention of the word poop makes my two sons giggle, imagine what a song would do? I get a lot of great comments from parents that say this song brings their children joy. That brings me joy,
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The Poop Song and I received honorable mention in a fun article in The New York Times Magazine with the title 'Why Did This Guy Put a Song About Me on Spotify?' It is always cool to see your name in print and, better yet, it made my mom proud. :)
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There's much to be done! I have lots of songs already written but not yet recorded. My goal is to become more fluent with Apple Logic so that the recording process doesn't hinder the songwriting process. I'd also like to animate the songs for videos.
