Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first song I became obsessed with was The Verve's Bittersweet Symphony. On the way to school and back I would sing it the whole bicycle ride, making up harmonies to the part that was in my head.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Anaïs Mitchell, Anaïs Mitchell Nick Drake, Pink Moon The Weather Station, All of It Was Mine These albums make me feel understood and therefore, less alone in this chaotic world.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Thistle” I wrote this song for the flowers by the wayside, asking them to stick around despite the mess we make, when I had just become a mother. I was scared my child would never know the flowers like I did. I'm hoping we are not too late to turn the tide!
