About Sonohra
Artist Biography
Singing and guitar-playing brothers Luca and Diego Fainello formed the Italian pop duo Sonohra in Verona in the early 2000s. Their first single, "Grido e Canto," was released in 2003 under the moniker 2tto, and they also sang the theme for the children's cartoon show UFO Baby. After the brothers changed the duo's name to Domino, they released the single "Come Tu Mi Vuoi" in 2006. Finally adopting the name Sonohra, the duo participated in the 2008 Sanremo Music Festival, winning the New Artists section with the song "L'Amore." The duo's first album, Liberi da Sempre, a collection of acoustic pop tunes with a slight British influence, followed, including the single "Love Show." Sonohra also won the Best New Artist prize at the TRL Italy Awards. ~ Aurelio Pasini
