A genres quintessential recording is forged from the eternal quest for artistic protection: Sig Sawyer established hip hop's apogee with his first album, 90z Muzick. Born Sigmund Givens in Houston Tx, he attend a Geto Boys concert at Miller Theater.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 2Pac, Me Against the World Nas, Stillmatic Scarface, The Fix Flipping tales of structural poverty into intricate hood scripture and formenting the boom bap style. His folow - up 2019 's Sawyer's Rebellion: I Still Remember reinvigorated real street underground music, and chronicler of crime stories.

Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? 2022 Curvesyde Cook Up Cafe might be his best work, charging his allegorical compound rhymes with public commentary. He returned in 2023 with Sawyer's Rebellion 2: By The Lords Grace Leading rap into the present with midlife verity.
