Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Singing in church with my cousins when we were really little - I must’ve been about 3 or 4 years old. I also remember coming home from school to listen to an old Celine Dion album and being moved to tears by the song “Goodbye’s (The Saddest Word).”
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brent Faiyaz, Sonder Son Chance the Rapper, Coloring Book Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy This list will probably change every time you ask me lmaooo.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “DND (feat. Denesi & Chxf Barry)” My debut single DND will always have a special place in my heart. The production from Chxf Barry caught my attention as soon as I heard it, the djembe percussion we added and Denesi delivered a special feature.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The first time I performed at the Boda Stage Party was such a fun night. I had just put out DND and so many of my friends & family came out to support me. All the other artists were offering their congratulations on the first drop.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’ve got a pretty long bucket list but one thing I really want to do at some point in my career is to sell out a show at Namboole Stadium. I want to experience that raucous energy from a crowd that came to see me play.
