About Sebastian Kole
Artist Biography
Singer/songwriter Coleridge Gardner Tillman (aka Sebastian Kole) spent his early career writing hit songs for others before becoming a vocalist in his own right. The Birmingham, Alabama native's big break came in 2012 when he co-wrote "Goin' In," which found its way to Jennifer Lopez and became a hit. In 2015, Tillman moved to L.A. and quickly landed a deal with EP Entertainment and Motown. Later that year, he began working with Alessia Cara and eventually co-wrote her debut album; around the same time, television program Grey's Anatomy licensed a handful of his tracks. By 2016, he had begun writing music for himself, blending elements of gospel, soul, R&B, and pop. His eponymous debut EP arrived in May, followed by the full-length Soup that October. ~ Liam Martin
