In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was three years old and watched Beyonce perform on YouTube. I said to myself, I am going to be a famous singer, then I went to ask for something to eat. I knew at that moment that I loved music, performing, and creating songs.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beyoncé, Lemonade Pierce the Veil, Collide With the Sky Pierce the Veil, Selfish Machines The two Pierce the Veil albums hit home and the lyrics speak to my emotions and experiences. Lyrically, Pierce the Veil taps into the passion we feel but also the depths we sink in our relationships. Lemonade also taps into these emotions and more.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing on American Idol and meeting Lionel Ritchie. He encouraged me, and was a gentle soul. I have had lots of opportunities to work with great producers like Harmony Samuels (Ariana Grande), Midan Mathers (Beyonce), and DJ Camper.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to perform at the Grammys! Winning a Grammy will mean that my music has really reached people and touched their lives. The more I can touch someone's life the more fullfilled I will be.
