Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My mother formed an a cappella group with my siblings and me. I started singing at 2, touring Bay Area churches. Gospel shaped me. In college, I found secular sound. Now, my music blends spirituality with the raw truths that come with simply living.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, Honestly, Nevermind Janelle Monáe, The Age of Pleasure Sade, Soldier of Love Sade’s calm power, Drake’s emotional genre-bending, and Janelle Monáe’s joyful liberation mirror my path. Together, these three albums reflect how I move through love, grief, identity, and joy—always with intention, always with soul.
