Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was fairly young, about 14/15 years old, I played Mozarts 20th concerto with the orchestra at the Art Gallery. That was a fantastic show and memories of playing a piece with a full orchestra was magical
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Billy Joel, Billy Joel: Greatest Hits, Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 Prince, The Very Best of Prince The Beatles, The Beatles (The White Album) Some albums come along, and the artist, songs, production, and performance simply inspire you to another level. I can't say that these are the only 3 albums to do so, but they each played a big role in influencing me at different times of my life.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Luminescent” LUMINESCENT is my debut solo piano neoclassical piece. There's a special place in my heart for the melody, sonic, and vibe it captured. It feels hopeful, relaxing, calm, and one I'm proud to have composed in the wee hours of the night.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I feel very luck to have several memorable moments in my career; Touring with the great James Brown with my band Jacksoul; Playing shows at the prestigious Massey Hall; Hearing songs I'd written being played on radio.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? In terms of bucket lists, its probably to perform, write, and record in parts of the world that I haven't yet had the chance to.
