Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Seeing my dad's vinyl records collection and most specifically two albums I was really attracted to because of their covers : "Jump" by Van Halen (feat. a baby with a cigarette) and "News of the World" by Queen (that gigantic robot...)
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bill Evans, Jim Hall, Undercurrent Chick Corea, Now He Sings, Now He Sobs Miles Davis, We Want Miles (Live - 2022 Remaster) 1. because of the connection between Bill Evans and Jim Hall 2. Mike Stern's first notes on "Jean Pierre"... So much intention, so savage! 3. Anything w/ Roy Haynes and Chick Corea is gold! this album has it all: swing, urgency, and a mystical vibe.

Walter Smith III & Ben Wendel)” The 1st tune I wrote for my daughter Celeste. It features two of the greatest tenor players of my generation: Ben Wendel and Walter Smith III. Walter's solo always gives me goosebumps. I remember telling him to give everything… and I believe he did!
