Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I went to one of my dad's performances when I was a kid and jumped up on stage to dance to Proud Mary whilst he played. It must have been my first main character moment. That childlike confidence is something else.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Nina Simone, Forever Young, Gifted & Black: Songs of Freedom and Spirit Solange, A Seat at the Table Whitney Houston, Whitney Houston If I'm being completely real, I just really love Black women's voices. These albums have such different expressions and cultural significance, and I'm always inspired by the humanity in the voices of these women. There's a lot of learn here.

It was a real 'delusional girl' moment for me and I loved that I could put that energy into something so beautiful. When you listen, it could all be real... but it's definitely not.
