Pop/R&B singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Sam Romans spent nearly a decade writing and producing for singers including Mary J. Blige and John Legend before recording on his own as RØMANS. With a warm vocal tone and extensive range of his own, and borrowing from hip-hop and dance music while remaining in the realm of sleek, soulful pop, RØMANS debuted in 2015 with the EP Overthinking, Pt. 1.
