Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest music memories has to be Sunday cleaning, hearing my mom blast Marc Anthony, Stevie Wonder, Sade. After that I fell in love with this Japanese band called nobodyknows+, and then Kanye West's 808s and heartbreak.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kanye West, 808s & Heartbreak Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Prince & The Revolution, Purple Rain (Deluxe Expanded Edition) 2015 Paisley Park Remaster 808's was the album that solidified that I love music. I used to play heartless on repeat for DAYS. I grew to love Prince in my teenage years, and kind of reshaped my view on how to make music. Kendrick is my goat (besides Thebe).
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “goldenPurP” This song made me think about the person I was becoming. It was for someone I had an immense attraction to while in a relationship, and looking back I see now that it really wasn't about the girl. I had a lot of growing to do, still do honestly.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I think right now, I'm actually at the start of my career. Everything that's been done before today, 4/1/23 was my free trial.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? EVERYTHING. I want to perform a song, and have the crowd sing the lyrics when I stop. It's already happened to an extent, but I want stadiums.
