Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a child, I heard my mum playing disco, funk, and Motown. I was blown away by this new music that I had never heard before.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Tribe Called Quest, The Low End Theory Lalo Schifrin, Bullitt Michael Jackson, Thriller Lalo Schrifrin - The instrumentation and instruments he used were superb. Pure emotion that creates visual images in my mind. The production MJ used on Thriller is insane. A timeless classic. TCQ the original dons, fav styles of hip hop.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Jazz Club” Jazz club is special to me because I am proud of the composition and arrangement of the track that moves away from the norm and uses entirely live instruments.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? There have been so many. I am not one for accolades but winning the best DJ in 2001 at the DJ Awards, in Pasca Ibiza, was a nice moment.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To keep moving forward and making music that resonates with audiences, regardless of genre.
