Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a teenager playing at the Grand Ole Opry at Ryman in Nashville. I was part of the "Voyageurs" duet at the time.

Tell us why you chose this song. “I Was There” One of the great challenges of song-writing is addressing unconventional subjects. "I Was There" is one of those. I wrote it to celebrate and honor all the great achievements mankind has made over history. Sometimes we can forget how far we've come.
