Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. If I remember correctly, it was probably hearing something off of MTV's TRL at the time. My cousins were big into R&B at the time so I imagine it may have been that.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brandy, Never Say Never Daft Punk, Homework Sade, Stronger Than Pride Ultimately what all these albums have in common are their power in minimalism. Stripped back songs with powerful voices (or lack of in the case of Homework), catchy hooks, and strong grooves. All killer, no filler.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “La Luz” This song captures the feeling of the loft parties I was helping run at the time. More so the feeling of acceptance and the joy it felt to share that with others.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Definitely being mentored by people I've considered my heroes. There's something to be said being seen by people you grew up admiring and learning how they've done it.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To produce a band like Andrew Weatherall did Primal Scream's Screamadelica. The meeting of worlds is something that inspires my production everyday.
