In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Gifted a guitar at 10 in Lagos, my musical journey began. A hiatus at 22 led me to music production, and DJ'ing became my true calling, curating tracks and setting moods. Guitar was just the beginning.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Burna Boy, African Giant M.I Abaga, The Chairman Wizkid, Made In Lagos: Deluxe Edition These were my idols growing up.I remember listening to The Chairman on CD.The first album I ever purchased as a child was Wizkid's Superstar. Burna Boy has always been my favorite artiste since I first heard him on a collab with Davido named Trumpet.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Drizzles” This is still one of my favorite productions till date. I remember very vividly laying down the whistles to the beat and it came out so beautiful.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The day my music got released on Apple Music. That day I realized I have put out something into the world that people will listen to even when I'm gone.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I like to speak very openly about my dreams and aspirations as a DJ. One will be to be signed to a renowned record label as a DJ working with multiple artistes. Another will be to release more songs with my musical idols.
