In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
My earliest musical memory is my Dad playing "License to Ill" by the Beastie Boys on our drives into pre-school. I knew that album front to back, but he always made me sub out the curse words for something else. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Drake, Take Care (Deluxe Version)
Ed Sheeran, x (Deluxe Edition)
mike., the highs.
Those are three of my favorite artists and each of those albums are selections I can go back to and know exactly what I'm in for; a wave of emotions and vibes. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Crash Out”
I wrote this song about the early stages of how I felt (and still feel) about my now girlfriend. It turned out better than expected and embodies my self-founded genre called Mountain Pop; a blend of twangy guitars, pop melodies, and trap drums. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
One of my most memorable moments happened at a show I had on my frist tour this past February in Charlotte, NC. After the show, someone had me sign my name on them saying they were going to get it tatted, then actually did it. That was wild. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Everyday is a dream for me. I get to make a living off of making music because a set amount of people care enough to listen and rock with me. That in it of itself is something dreams are made of. Everything after that is icing on the cake.
