In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memories are piano lessons and competitions from age 5. I practiced daily on a dark-brown Yamaha upright. I played it until I left for university at 18. The piano stayed with my family until my parents sold it. I miss it.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Just Stay” Writing this song was cathartic. I wanted to explore up-tempo, eccentric arrangements blending electronic and acoustic elements. This song embodies all my wild ideas as a 24-year-old musician. It's still one of my favorite songs to perform live.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing LUCfest in 2022. I got to play an 80mis set as a band. I remember the stage design being beautiful and floral-themed. The lighting was incredible that night. The festival was international as artists from all over the world came to play.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would like to try remixing a couple of my songs in a live set at a club-venue, and potentially playing more dance-oriented events to see what that feels like.
