Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is my parents playing synthesizers and pianos in the house for fun. I fell in love with instruments & sounds before I could talk. My dad who worked in construction built a studio for me in the garage when I was 7.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fleetwood Mac, Rumours Super Deluxe Edition Frank Ocean, channel ORANGE Mariah Carey, Butterfly This was theeee hardest question ever, but here's 3 of my top favorite albums in no specific order. I chose them because I'm such a fan of artists who are also incredible songwriters. I've soaked up so much from each of them, and there are no skips!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Luuna's Theme” "Luuna” is almost a superhero I came up with. She represents clarity, a mirror, my higher self. A version of me from another place or time who is first to advocate for herself and for others, and gladly lets go of anything that no longer serves her.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career so far was being a part of writing and singing on a Grammy nominated album with Nas. He was kind enough to leave my voice on the record I wrote with Elijah Blake called Roses.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To continue making music & collaborating as a healing process and a vessel to tell honest stories. To release my first full length album, and hopefully to continue inspiring others who may be on their own journey of self-understanding and acceptance.
